Introduce resident to Mission, Vision, and Strategic plan of UNCG http://uncgtomorrow.uncg.edu/.

Introduce resident to the Mission Statement, Goals, Values, and Customer Service Values of the University Libraries http://library.uncg.edu/info/mission_statement.aspx.

Ask resident to write up a brief statement (1 to 2 pages) outlining how the goals of the University Libraries contributes to the goals of the University and how the Diversity Residency contributes to both.
